InverteriG5AVerification pending — cross-check with the official manual
iG5A ETH — E-Thermal
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Motor overheated; Load exceeds inverter rating; ETH level set too low; Inverter capacity incorrectly selected; Low speed operation for extended duration
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Reduce load and operating duty; Replace with higher capacity inverter; Adjust ETH level appropriately; Select correct inverter capacity; Replace motor with separately-powered cooling fan
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
