InverteriG5AVerification pending — cross-check with the official manual
iG5A IOLT — IOLT
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Occurs when current of 150% or more of the inverter's rated output current flows continuously for 1 minute or longer — overload operation, excessive load, or insufficient inverter capacity
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Check the load for overload, recheck the electronic thermal current level parameter setting, and increase the inverter capacity
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
