iG5A LVT — Low Voltage
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
DC link voltage dropped below the protection level (180Vdc for 200V class, 360Vdc for 400V class) due to low line voltage, oversized load, or a faulty input magnetic switch.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Check that line voltage is within rating, adjust line capacity to the load, and replace the input magnetic switch if faulty.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
