How to fix it?
Replace motor/inverter with higher capacity; Check IGBT module; Reduce load
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
