Ground fault in output wiring; Inverter-motor connection problem; Motor insulation damaged; Peripheral noise

How to fix it?
Check output wiring; Check cable length (<200m); Replace motor; Change carrier frequency to minimum (H39)
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
