CAUSE
Why does it occur?
DC link voltage exceeded the protection level (400Vdc for 200V class, 820Vdc for 400V class) due to short decel time, regenerative load, or high line voltage.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Increase the decel time, use a Dynamic Brake Unit, and check that line voltage is within rating.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
