InverteriG5AVerification pending — cross-check with the official manual
iG5A OCt — Over Current
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Acc/Dec time too short for load inertia (GD2); Load exceeds inverter rating; Output issued while motor is free running; Output short circuit or ground fault; Mechanical brake operating too fast; Faulty output module (IGBT)
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Increase Acc/Dec time; Replace inverter with higher capacity; Stop motor first or use speed search (Cn.60); Check output wiring (cable <200m, <50m for <=3.7kW); Check mechanical brake; Check IGBT module
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
