CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Appears when the operation continues while an error is occurring in the communication line or communication option (when Pr.502 = "6"). • Check for a break in the communication cable. • Check for communication option faults. • Check for any influence of noise.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- • Check the connection of communication cable. • Replace the communication option. • If there is noise interference, earth (ground) the shield of the Ethernet cable to the enclosure (as close as possible to the inverter) with a metal P-clip or U-clip to reduce noise on the Ethernet cable

Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
