CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- • Appears when torque command by the plug-in option is selected using Pr.804 Torque command source selection and no plug-in option is mounted
- This function is available under torque control. • Appears when the switch for manufacturer setting of the plug-in option is changed. • Appears when a communication option is connected while Pr.296 Password lock level = "0 or 100". • Check that the plug-in

How to fix it?
- • Check for connection of the plug-in option
- Check the Pr.804 setting. • Set the switch on the plug-in option, which is for manufacturer setting, back to the initial setting. • To apply the password lock when installing a communication option, set Pr.296 ≠ "0, 100"

Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
