CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Appears when Ethernet communication is interrupted by physical factors while Pr.1431 Ethernet signal loss detection function selection = "1 to 3". • Check for a break in the communication cable. • Check for a break in the Ethernet cable. • Check for any influence of noise.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- • Connect the Ethernet board securely. • Check that the Ethernet cable is connected to the Ethernet connector properly and the Ethernet cable is not damaged. • If there is noise interference, earth (ground) the shield of the Ethernet cable to the enclosure (as close as possible to the inverter) with a metal P-clip or U-clip to reduce noise on the Ethernet cable

Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
