Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
• The inverter output is shut off when a contact failure occurs between the inverter and the plug-in option. • Appears when the switch for manufacturer setting of the plug-in option is changed. • Check that the plug-in option is plugged into the connector securely. • Check for excessive noise around the inverter.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- • Connect the plug-in option securely. • Set the switch on the plug-in option, which is for manufacturer setting, back to the initial setting. • Take measures against noises if there are devices producing excessive electrical noises around the inverter

Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
