InverterFR-E800Verification pending — cross-check with the official manual
FR-E800 E.11 — Opst rot dtct fault
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- The speed may not decelerate during low speed operation if the rotation direction of the speed command and the estimated speed differ when the rotation is changing from forward to reverse or from reverse to forward during torque control under Real sensorless vector control
- The inverter output is shut off when overload occurs due to the un-switched rotation direction
- This protective function is n
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- • Prevent the motor from switching the rotation direction from forward to reverse (or from reverse to forward) during torque control under Real sensorless vector control. • Contact your sales representative

Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
