FR-E800 E.OP1 — Option1 Fault
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
• The inverter output is shut off if a communication line error occurs in the communication option. • Check for an incorrect option function setting and operation. • Check that the plug-in option is plugged into the connector securely. • Check for a break in the communication cable. • Check that the terminating resistor is fitted properly.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
• Check the option function setting, etc. • Connect the plug-in option securely. • Check the connection of communication cable. • If the fault occurs again when the inverter is reset, contact your sales representative.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
