InverterFR-E800Verification pending — cross-check with the official manual
FR-E800 E.PE — Corrupt Memory
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
• The inverter output is shut off if a fault occurs in the parameter stored. (EEPROM failure) • The inverter output is shut off if an error occurs in access to SII (Slave Information Interface) via EtherCAT communication. • Check for too many number of parameter write times. • Check that any attempted firmware update completed normally.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- • Reset the inverter. • Contact your sales representative
- Set "1" in Pr.342 Communication EEPROM write selection (write to RAM) for the operation which requires frequent parameter writing via communication, etc
- Note that writing to RAM goes back to the initial status at power OFF
- Reference manual • FR-E800 Instruction Manual (Function) • FR-E800 Instruction Manual (Communication)
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
