CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Occurs if main supply voltage (P02
- is permanently too high, if the motor is driven by an active load (regenerative mode), or at very high load inertia during ramp-down.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Keep input voltage within range, match the load, and in some cases apply a braking resistor.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
