Why does it occur?
- Motor power (P030
- does not correspond to the inverter power (r0206), motor lead short circuit, or earth fault.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Match motor power to inverter power, keep cable length within limits, remove short/earth faults, verify motor parameters and stator resistance (P0350), increase ramp-up time (P1120).
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
