CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Wire breakage of the inverter temperature (heat sink) sensor.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Check the heat sink temperature sensor and its wiring; if the sensor is faulty, contact your service department or replace the inverter.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
