V20 F2 — Overvoltage
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Main supply voltage too high, or motor is in regenerative mode (fast ramp-down or driven by an active load).
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Keep supply voltage (P02
- within rating, match ramp-down time (P11
- to load inertia, keep braking power within limits, enable and set the Vdc controller (P1240); use a braking resistor for high inertia.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
