Why does it occur?
Inverter overloaded, inadequate ventilation, pulse frequency too high, surrounding temperature too high, or fan inoperative.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Reduce load/load cycle, match motor power (P030
- to inverter power (r0206), set pulse frequency to default, lower ambient temperature, verify the fan turns while running.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
