Why does it occur?
Motor data identification (auto-tuning) failed. r0949=0 no load applied; =1 current limit reached during identification; =2 identified stator resistance out of range (<0.1% or >100%); =30 current controller at voltage limit; =40 inconsistent identified dataset.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- r0949=0: check the motor is connected to the inverter. r0949=1-49: check motor data (P0304-P03
- are correct and verify the required wiring type (star/delta).
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
