Broken wire on the analog input, or the analog input signal is out of limits.

How to fix it?
Check the analog input wiring for breakage and verify the input signal is within the configured range.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
