L7N AL-11 — AL-11 IPM Temperature
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- IPM overheat
- Causes: high ambient temperature (>50C), continual overload [0x2603], frequent/continuous regenerative operation [0x2606], wrong drive installation direction, or drive fault
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Lower ambient temperature; reduce load / re-tune gain; adjust regen resistor [0x2009] or use external resistor; check install direction
- If it recurs, replace the drive
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
