L7N AL-23 — AL-23 Regen Overload

CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Regenerative overload
- Causes: frequent/continuous regen operation [0x2606], regen parameter [0x2009]-[0x200E] error, high main input voltage, or drive fault
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Adjust regen resistor setting [0x2009] / use an external resistor; set [0x2009]-[0x200E] correctly; recheck the main power; replace the drive if needed.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
