L7N AL-53 — AL-53 Over Pulse CMD
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Pulse command frequency error
- The command pulse frequency from the host is too high, or the command pulse type is wrong
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Check the command pulse frequency from the host controller and the command pulse type.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
