CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Drive overheating
- Causes: high ambient temperature, or load condition. (L7S p.213 names this group "Room Temperature".)
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Check the drive internal temperature [St-19]; inspect cooling fan installation and the load condition.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
