L7N AL-34 — AL-34 Encoder Z Phase Open

CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Encoder Z-phase disconnection. (For motors without a Z phase, e.g. step motors, mask AL-34 via bit 14 of warning mask [0x2014].)
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Check the encoder cable for disconnection and replace if needed
- If it recurs after power cycling, replace the motor/drive
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
