L7N AL-40 — AL-40 Under Voltage
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Low voltage
- Causes: main input voltage too low (below ~134Vac for 220V), DC link [0x2605] below threshold, or wiring/momentary drop during operation
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Check input voltage and main power wiring; use a 3-phase supply; if DC link voltage is abnormal in normal input, replace the drive.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
