Why does it occur?
- Serial encoder communication error. Causes: encoder cable disconnection/miswiring/short, or parameter (encoder type 0x2001 / resolution 0x200
- mismatch.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Check the encoder cable for disconnection/short and replace if needed; match motor-label info to the encoder parameters
- If unresolved, replace the motor
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
