- Causes: following error window [0x6065]/timeout [0x6066], wiring/limit contacts, gain, encoder settings, electric gear ratio, or equipment binding/load

How to fix it?
- Check following-error window/timeout, wiring & limit contacts, gain, encoder settings, gear ratio; inspect the apparatus
- If it recurs, replace the drive
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
