CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Current limit exceeded / over current (H/W)
- Causes: drive output/encoder miswiring, setting error, noise, or equipment conflict/binding
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Check wiring/settings and equipment binding; improve PE wiring against noise (match PE wire size to main circuit)
- If it recurs, replace the drive
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
