L7N AL-21 — AL-21 Continuous Overload
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Continuous overload
- Causes: load exceeding rating in constant-speed/stop sections, motor brake not released, parameter (motor label / overload base load [0x200F]) error, or apparatus abnormality
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Confirm load rate [0x2603] is below 100%; change drive/motor capacity or re-tune gain; supply power to the motor brake at SVON; set [0x200F] appropriately; inspect the apparatus.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
