CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Motor disconnection (motor cable open)
- Cause: motor cable disconnected, or U-V/V-W/W-U short inside the motor
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Check the motor cable for disconnection; check for U/V/W short inside the motor (replace motor)
- If it recurs after SVON, replace the drive
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
