How to fix it?
- Try cleaning the fan
- If it is still the same after cleaning, try replacing the fan
- If the alarm still occurs after fan replacement, inverter inspection is required

Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
