S300 Lost Internal Comm — Lost Internal Comm
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- A trip signal generated when communication is not established via the built-in communication
- It operates when PRT-17 (Lost IntComm Mode) is set to a value other than 0
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Check whether PRT-17 (Lost IntComm Mode) is set to a value other than 0
- If it is set to a non-zero value and the trip occurs, the communication is disconnected; check the communication line and connections
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
