CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Phase-to-phase short circuit at the inverter output (U/V/W) — caused by damaged wiring insulation, poor terminal block contact, or a motor winding short.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Inspect the inverter output (UVW) wiring
- If the wiring is normal, it is an internal short circuit, so request inspection from an LS ELECTRIC service center
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
