S300 Motor Over Heat — Motor Over Heat
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Occurs when the motor overheats while the motor temperature is being detected via a PTC.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Check whether the PTC sensor is normal
- If the PTC sensor is normal, check whether the motor fan is operating properly and determine the cause of the overload
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
