CAUSE
Why does it occur?

REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
If it occurs during acceleration, raise DRV-05 (ACC TIME) and [adjust] V/F-32 (Forward Bo[ost] ...).
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
