InverterS300Verification pending — cross-check with the official manual
S300 HW OCS Fail — HW OCS Fail
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Occurs when there is a fault in the hardware overcurrent suppression operation.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- The motor is under heavy load
- If it occurs during acceleration, increase DRV-05 (ACC TIME) and lower V/F-32 (Forward Boost) and V/F-33 (Reverse Boost)
- If it occurs during deceleration, increase DRV-06 (DEC TIME)
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
