Check whether the DIN-01, 03, 05, 07, 09, 11, 13, 15 parameter is set to 4 (BX). Reset after releasing the external BX signal. If the setting was unintended, change that terminal's function to a different value.

Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
