S300 Lost Analog-1, 2, 3 — Lost Analog-1, 2, 3
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- A trip signal generated when the analog input is not connected
- It operates when the PRT-25, 28, 31 (Lost AI1~AI3 Mode) codes are set to a value other than 0
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Check whether the PRT-25, 28, 31 (Lost AI1~AI3 Mode) codes are set to a value other than 0
- If they are set to a non-zero value and the trip occurs, check whether the analog signal is actually being input
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
