CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- An external trip signal generated by the multi-function terminal function setting
- It operates when the DIN-01, 03, 05, 07, 09, 11, 13, 15 (DI1~DI8 Define) codes are set to 5~8 (External Trip-1~External Trip-4)
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Check the wiring and contact status of the multi-function input terminals (DIN-01, 03, 05, 07, 09, 11, 13,
- set as external trips, and clear the source of the external trip signal.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
