InverterS300Verification pending — cross-check with the official manual
S300 Ground — Ground Fault Trip
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Occurs when a ground fault on the inverter output side causes a current higher than the rated value to flow
- The ground fault detection current varies by inverter capacity
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Measure the insulation resistance of the motor and output cables (megger test), repair the ground fault location, and restart.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
