S300 E-Thermal — E-Thermal
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Triggered by the inverse-time characteristic to prevent overheating caused by overload during motor operation
- It only operates when the MOT1, MOT2-75 (ETH Enable) code is set to a value other than 0
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Reduce the load or frequency, increase the inverter capacity, adjust the electronic thermal level (MOT1/MOT2-75), or replace with a motor whose cooling fan is supplied with separate power.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
