S300 IO Board Trip — IO Board Trip
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Occurs when the I/O board or an external communication card is not connected to the inverter or has poor contact.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- If using an external communication card, turn off the power, remove the communication card, and reinstall it
- If you are not using an external communication card, or if the same trip recurs after reinstallation, inverter inspection is required
- Refer to the authorized automation service center information
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
