CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- A trip signal generated when the Smart Operator is not connected
- It operates when the PRT-16 (Lost Keypad Mode) code is set to a value other than 0

How to fix it?
- Check whether the PRT-16 (Lost Keypad Mode) code is set to a value other than 0
- If it is set to a non-zero value and the trip occurs, turn off the power and reconnect the keypad
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
