CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Motor overload failure, load exceeds set degree
- Operates when PRT-20 is set to non-zero
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Ensure motor and inverter have appropriate capacity
- Increase overload trip level (PRT-21)
- Check IGBT output module
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
