CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Occurs when an option installed in the inverter is not recognized.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Turn off the inverter power, remove and reinstall the option card
- If the problem persists, replace the option card
- If it still persists after replacement, it is a problem with the inverter contact area and inverter inspection is required
- Refer to the authorized automation service center information
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
