CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Occurs when communication fails during parameter writing due to a faulty Smart Operator wire or poor contact
- Appears when using the Smart Operator
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Turn off the power, detach the Smart Operator, replace the cable, then replace the Smart Operator and check
- Replace both
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
