S300 Pos Tar Bound Err — Pos Tar Bound Err
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Occurs when, after position control, the difference between the target position and the actual position exceeds the POS1-37 (Tar Bound Pulse) setting.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Increase the POS1-37 (Tar Bound Pulse) setting, or identify the mechanical cause of the actual position deviation.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
