InverterS300Verification pending — cross-check with the official manual
S300 Pos HW Limit High — Pos HW Limit High
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Occurs when an input signal is applied to a multi-function terminal whose Define code is set to 59 (POS HW Lmt H) among DI1–DI8 in the terminal input group (DIN).
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- If the actual upper limit has been physically reached, identify the cause; if the input signal is present without physically reaching the limit, the input terminal block is faulty
- Inspect the inverter
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
